It consists the important journal articles scanned from the journals received recently by the Library and the list of journals, newsletters, other government publications and annual reports received as on the last date of the every month.

Current Book Additions

This monthly bulletin includes the various books/ documents etc. received in the library in each month. A database named BK has been created by using the UNESCO developed CDS-ISIS software.

Press Clippings

It is a monthly information service initiated in August 1999 It aims at creating an awareness and providing access to the latest topical press information published in the newspapers in which ISEC users community is interested. The bibliographic citations selected from the newspapers are arranged under broad subject categories. For providing an easy access to these citations, a keyword index, classified index and the title index have been provided. A separate database called press has been created for this purpose.

Current Journal Contents

It is a monthly information service. The coverage for this publication is from the journals subscribed at ISEC library. The arrangement of the contents are by main subject category and within the subject category alphabetically.

The library is equipped with computers and is connected to Institute LAN and continued to use e-mail/Internet for day to day work. The library has subscribed for Econlit on CD-ROM and is made available in network for instant access.
