are invited for the post of REGISTRAR
Educational
Qualification and Experiences
1.
Essential:
-
Post-Graduation in any
subject of a recognized university with minimum of 55% marks.
-
Working knowledge of
computer
-
At least ten years of
administrative experience in academic organizations / Government of
Karnataka / Semi-Government Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings/
Other relevant Institutions.
2.
Desirable:
-
Knowledge of Kannada
-
Knowledge of contracting, purchase of assets and inventory management.
3.
Age Criteria
Eligible age at the time of
application up to 60 years
Retirement Age: 62 years
Terms and Conditions of
Engagement
4.
Period of Engagement:
Internal / directly recruited
candidate will be appointed initially on a contract basis for two years
subject to review, may be extendable by one year by the Review Committee.
5.
Remuneration:
The selected candidate will
be entitled to basic pay at an appropriate level. Additional special
pay, if any, shall be fixed by the Selection Committee and recommended
to the Board of Governors for approval. For those retired from service,
the salary will be fixed according to rules.
Scale of Pay: Rs..37,400
– 67,000 + AGP Rs.8700
6. Accommodation and
Miscellaneous:
Registrar shall stay in rent
free accommodation in the ISEC campus and accordingly, no HRA will be paid.
He / She will be provided with residential telephone for official work. He /
She shall be allowed to use ISEC car up to 400 Kms in a month for personal
use, beyond which is chargeable as per the rate prescribed by the Institute.
7. General Information:

Mode of Selection is by interview. The
Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for
interview as per rules.

The Selection Committee reserves the
right of rejecting any or all applications without assigning any reason.

The decision of the Institute in all
matters would be final and binding, and no correspondence in this regard
would be entertained.

Applicants need to send their
application through proper channel. All documents need to be attested by
appropriate authority.

Canvassing in any form will be a
disqualification.

This advertisement is
issued based on the Bye Laws and Service Rules of ISEC.
Those who have applied
during the previous Advertisement No NA/1/2020 dated February 7, 2020
for which the last date was March 6, 2020 need not apply again instead
they can send updated details, if any, to the email: director@isec.ac.in Application form with

Completed
applications addressed to the Director, Institute for Social and Economic
