Scheme As a premiere Institute in Social Science Research in India, Institute for social and Economic Change, Bangalore has come up with the ‘Social Science Talent Search Scheme’ to rejuvenate and foster the prospect of social science in India. The main purpose of the scheme is to identify talented students in social sciences across the Karnataka State and nurture them so as to produce bright torchbearers for the policy makers. For the students who get through the examination, the Institute will provide technical and professional training at ISEC Campus during May-June and this would be effectively monitored up to completion of post-graduate level. ISEC has signed a MOU with Bangalore University and is working towards building partnership with other institutions for a better out reach. The Institute is looking for funds for providing scholarships to selected students.
